HIGGINS DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS COMPLETES 385,000-SQUARE-FOOT SPECULATIVE INDUSTRIAL BUILDING IN LEHIGH VALLEY, PENNSYLVANIA
WEISENBERG TOWNSHIP, PA, Mar 29, 2007 - /FLIERWIRE/-- Higgins Development Partners recently completed a speculative 385,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art warehouse and distribution facility in the Arcadia West Industrial Park at 9747 Commerce Circle in Weisenberg Township, Pennsylvania. Higgins Development Partners broke ground on this facility in July 2006, and the entire facility is available for occupancy.
The Garibaldi Group/CORFAC International team of Michael Bartolacci, senior vice president; Jeffrey Garibaldi, president; and Gerald E. Moore, managing director, are serving as the exclusive leasing agent for this facility.

9747 Commerce Circle has been constructed as a single or multi-tenant building located within Arcadia West Industrial Park. The Class A insulated, pre-cast building has 32' minimum clear height throughout, 50' x 50' column spacing, two 12' x 14' drive-in doors, 20 loading docks with seals and levelers, 20 additional knock-out dock door panels, an ESFR fire protection system and ample parking.
Arcadia West Industrial Park is a 250-acre industrial park with 2,500,000 square feet of warehouse distribution buildings. The park is zoned highway commercial and has applied for Foreign Trade Zone status. In addition, the industrial park has excellent highway access and is less than one mile from the Interstate 78 and the Route 863 full interchange. Corporate neighbors include Paris Accessories, Kenco Logistics Services, Advance Auto Parts, SunTuf, Batesville Casket Co. and Exel, Inc.
