GVA Williams New Jersey Hosts Annual Awards Luncheon
Firm Celebrates Another Record Year in New Jersey

Each year the company recognizes its top professionals for their outstanding achievements and also presents its "Core Value Award," which recognizes a GVA Williams individual that has exhibited immeasurable team spirit.

This year, the "Core Value Award" was renamed The Annual James D. Hersh Core Value Award, in honor of the recently deceased James Hersh, a former senior vice president of GVA Williams New Jersey. Mr. Hersh was one of the industry's most respected professionals. Executive Managing Officer Jeffrey Schotz commented: "James Hersh was admired by everyone who knew him and will be greatly missed by the entire GVA Williams staff. We are very proud to carry on Jimmy's legacy by renaming our Core Value Award in his honor."

GVA Williams New Jersey team members honored at this year's event include:

" Executive Vice President Franklin Gunsberg received the Deal of the Year Award in addition to the Top Producer Award. The Deal of the Year Award is presented to the professional who completes the largest and/or most difficult transaction. Mr. Gunsberg received the Deal of the Award for representing a New Jersey based investment company in the purchase of 150 Pierce Street in Franklin Township and the simultaneous lease of the entire 133,686-square-foot building to DOV Pharmaceuticals for its headquarters.

" Graphic Designer Bridget Nash received the Annual James D. Hersh Core Value Award. Nash is responsible for designing GVA Williams New Jersey's marketing materials, as well as working with the brokers and agency services teams to plan marketing strategies for the company's exclusive listings.

" Senior Vice President James D. Hersh was posthumously awarded the Most Transactions Award. Hersh had joined the GVA Williams New Jersey team in 2004 and specialized in northern New Jersey's office market.

" Property Manager Martin Feeney received the Client Services Award. This award is presented to the person who provided outstanding dedication to servicing his or her clients' needs by going above and beyond the call of duty. At GVA Williams New Jersey, Martin is responsible for project management for tenant improvements; new construction and capital projects; vendor negotiations and vendor performance; tenant relations; financial accountability and direct client interaction.

" Sales Associate Eric Rubin received the Top Associate Award. This award is presented to the associate who has exhibited a commitment to promoting the entire team effort. Rubin joined GVA Williams in 2005 after previously working for the American Stock Exchange and Vitamin Water.

" Executive Vice President John Cunningham received the Practice Group Commitment Award for his role in the Life Sciences Group. This award is presented to the leader of a group for his or her ceaseless efforts and leadership in heading its team. Cunningham is recognized as one of New Jersey's most accomplished real estate professionals and has tremendous experience serving the real estate needs of the life sciences industry.

" First Vice President Drew Persson received the Agency Service Award. This award is presented to the profession who most successfully meets the needs of both owners and tenants alike. Persson joined the GVA Williams New Jersey team in 2000 and currently represents numerous national and local Fortune 500 companies on an exclusive basis.
