ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT JAMIE DRUMMOND COMPLETES 62,756 SQUARE FEET OF TRANSACTIONS AT LIBERTY CORNER EXECUTIVE CENTER IN BERNARDS TOWNSHIP, NJ Hitachi America, Ltd. Expands to 46,906-Square-Feet at Facility
Bernards Township, NJ, Mar 27, 2007 - /FLIERWIRE/-- GVA Williams New Jersey announced that it has completed four transactions totaling 62,756 square feet at Liberty Corner Executive Center, located at 645 Martinsville Road in Bernards Township, New Jersey. These transactions bring the building to over 92 percent leased. GVA Williams Assistant Vice President Jamie Drummond and Associate Tom Rampone represented the landlord, Murray Construction Company, Inc., in these recent transactions.

Recent transactions included:
" A 27,976-square-foot lease expansion and extension for Hitachi America, Ltd., an electronics, computer systems and industrial equipment and services company. The company now occupies a total of 46,906 square feet at the property. Grubb & Ellis' Vice President John Kuhn represented the tenant in this transaction.
" A 10,350-square-foot lease on behalf of Enteris, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of software company Enterpulse, which relocated from Warren, New Jersey. Mr. Drummond represented both the landlord and the tenant in this transaction.
" A 3,500-square-foot lease for Affinity Agency Group, Inc. PRE Real Estate's President Patrick Eichner represented the tenant in this transaction.
" A 2,000-square-foot lease on behalf of law firm Midlige & Richter, LLC. Mr. Drummond represented both the tenant and the landlord in this transaction.
645 Martinsville Road is a four-story, 85,000-square-foot Class A office building located in the I-78 East submarket of Somerset County.
