Miami, FL, Mar 15, 2007 - /FLIERWIRE/-- Chic. Elegant. Coveted.
These words describe South Beach, Miami's chic SoFi (South of Fifth) district, The Savoy condo/hotel, and its exclusive broker, Dolly Lenz.
It's only fitting that The Savoy, the most exclusive condominium/hotel in South Beach, has named Dolly Lenz, vice chairman of Prudential Douglas Elliman, New York's largest real estate company, as the exclusive broker of the property. Lenz has been the top-selling real estate broker in the United States for the past three years, presently has more than $1 billion worth of properties listed, and counts Barbra Streisand, Mariah Carey, Bruce Willis, Harvey Weinstein, Howard Stern, Rush Limbaugh and Tommy Mottola among her clients. Lenz has also represented luxury buildings owned by Donald Trump, Julian Niccolini and other prestigious developers.
The last historic oceanfront property in Miami's chic SoFi (South of Fifth) district, The Savoy has 87 exclusive condominium/hotel residences in studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans. A block away, at 4th Street and Collins Avenue, Savoy Lofts offers 24 incomparable lofts with exclusive Beach Club and amenity privileges at The Savoy.
The Savoy also comes with a bit of history: since 1935, it has played host for rocks stars to royalty. Its new renovations feature numerous luxuries, including stunning ocean views, elite restaurants, lounge and spa, exotic wood and marble finishes, a members-only Beach Club, valet parking, 24-hour concierge, maintenance, security, and smart building technology.
"I am thrilled to be representing such a unique property. The Savoy is a desirable residence with a rich history that will appeal to New Yorkers seeking a second home, and I am excited to introduce it to discriminating buyers," said Lenz.
Charles Allem, consistently appointed one of Architectural Digest's AD100, is designing the interiors of these resort residences with furnishings, furniture and hand-crafted Italian linens by Fendi Casa, the home design wing of the storied luxury fashion house. The Savoy is the first and only hotel that Fendi Casa will outfit in SoFi.
"The Savoy offers a historic opportunity to own one of the few available residences on the ocean in SoFi. Its elegant amenities, desirable location and stunning design will make it a sought-after development," added Lenz.
